I hear you. I have the same problem as you- i have about 25 lbs to lose, it keeps going yup and down. I have found that slow and steady works best! you don't need to go super crazy at the gym or eat 100% clean. Just be HEALTHY:) simple. Eat 100% clean 80% of the time, and workout when ever you can. lol at the answers. Im not trying to be rude or anything, but to be honest, walking isn't going to tone your arms/legs. Unless, you are walking up a mountain, or at an incline. There are maaanny exercises you can do without a gym! just look some up:) or you could do insanity/p90x or pretty much any video. just search them…

girl, you gotta eat more! trust me, raise your calories to 1400 on days you don't work out and around 1600 on days you do. It will make a huuuuuge diff. since your body is just clinging on to the fat.

your weight fluctuates every day, it can fluctuate as much as 2 kg. a day! Take some measurements, take some before and after pictures. Theres more results than just the number on the scale. Up the intensity on your workouts. Also, you may have just hit a plateau. To get out of this, you could try zig zagging your calories…

In my opinion, clean eating is not limiting any foods. Its not depriving yourself from anything. It's eating healthily about 80% of the time, and letting yourself indulge about 20% of the time. Thats what woks for me, and I'm going to continue doing it that way. Im a happy person, and i eat clean. But i let my self…
