I am prior navy and was stationed in Norfolk my whole enlistment. I never ran anywhere off post though... was too busy in the bars. hahah

Anyone can get on a bike... and I think the bigger you are, the better choice it is for you because there's no impact. Whether its a regular bike or spin cycle, be prepared for your butt to hurt the first day or two. Let it work itself out and get back on it... it gets better. Spin is actually my favorite cardio workout.

There's a local pinup photography studio here and they do hair and make-up and everything. I really want to get a pinup shoot done when I get my goal. :)

I started it yesterday... (you need hand weights in case you didn't know... i didn't.) I wouldn't wait to start it though. Like the others said, results are results!

I will be turning 30 this June (*tear) so it's my goal to get at or under 175 (that's 30+ lbs) by then... I'm right there with you. Using the holidays as mini-goals is a good idea :)

Enjoying the foods you love (i.e. pizza, ice cream, etc) is okay once in a while in SMALL portions. Totally depriving yourself typically results in binging (binge-ing... lol... just looks funny). Pick yourself up and get refocused, tomorrow is a new day!

At night, if I'm still hungry, I do a serving of sliced deli turkey. 6 slices of the oscar meyer lunch meat I buy is only 50 cal and is at least a little bit of substance!

uhhhh, you're crazy if you think that you look anything other than fabulous! I'm sure you're going to get hit left and right with questions. I personally, am no where near worrying about how you did it until I get all this body fat off. I know how you feel though, my son came out 9.1.

Like she said, we're not active during the night. Consume your larger meals at breakfast or lunch. Watch which carbs you are taking in at dinner - whole grains, beans, and lots of veggies are better choices.
