I log in everyday ......started my journey on Lose It, and came over to MFP after I got my Fitbit and Lose It doens't let me sync for free..........so I am here, and logging everyday !

I have 4 kids, the first 3, 3 yrs in a row, then one more 4 years later...............the sad fact my kids are now 20. 18. 17 and 13.........and I am finally making time for me to become healthier and drop some weight in the process...........We are strong and we can do this !!!!

A good non-stick pan so you don't have to use much oil when frying or sauteing..............and a good knife to cut up all those yummy veggies

As I have gotten older, I have noticed this problem also. I eat one prune a day and eat a fiber cereal every morning. It has helped me stay regular.
