I am in the middle of a 5,000 squat challenge for the month of May. I have seen and felt a difference. It is a challenge to remember and do them earlier rather than later.

I am 6 feet and 144lbs. I am a medium to small frame. I know for my mother which has a larger frame and same height can not go below 160 without looking funny and sick. I look funny above 159lb. So my range is 139-159.

Hi all, I am 6 feet and currently weigh 153lbs. I am 48 years old. I joined MFP to help lose body fat percentage for competition in BJJ a form of martial arts.
