Well, I didn't lose anything, but it's the first week in a while that I haven't gained anything! I'll be pleased with that, and strive for a loss next week!

You are doing awesome :) I know how you feel about that "cringe" lol - I NEVER thought of myself as obese (ugh - HATE that word). But, I was/am - but we're all getting better, and you are such an inspiration!

I won't pretend to know everything about this, because I don't. However, I had the LapBand surgery performed a few years ago, and wish I hadn't. Enormous waste of money for me. Exercise videos are great, but not if you're working out at the gym! In my experience, the most calories are burned on the stationary bike - you're going further - FASTER! Up the resistance and really work hard! Also, putting the treadmill at an incline will give you great burn, as well as toning for your legs.
