You sound rather rude to be honest. I didn't ask what I could do to fit it into my calorie goal.... Just because you don't see a problem doesn't mean there isn't one! I was asking for HEALTHIER versions of both foods, regardless of how healthy or unhealthy they may currently be.

I am 5'3" and I'm aiming for 130-140 lbs. I can carry weight pretty decently (I've gotta big old booty! :P) however, I feel that at 140 lbs, I would still look fantastic (considering I'm at 199 right now, and I don't hear many complaints ;) lol)

No, I don't add water to my chili at all. My pot roast recipes calls for added water though. If it doesnt call for it, DONT add it, chances are whatever you're making has plenty of juice in it that WILL drain from the meat/veggies and into the pot and you can end up with watery food if you add water when it doesnt call for…

if you've been tracking, why are you only eating 900 calories a day? that's not sustainable and that's why you're not losing weight. figure out your tdee like the rest of us and make a REAL attempt. eat what you want, so long as it fits your macros (check out iifym.com)

I've been told I am obsessive all the time. My boyfriend sees it as a good thing, but most of my close friends see that it's either annoying or a health problem. I personally am working on me, and for everyone that matters, that's explanation enough ;)
