Bump for later :)

I dont think it's rude. After all it's not like you're a guest at someobe's house and refuse to eat. Not sure why it upset your wife so much tho and it was a bit silly of her not to order something just because you didn't. I think what your wife did would have made me uncomfortable if I was your daughter. Just my opinion…

I am exactly as tall as I think I am:) I used to measure myself every few months lol I always go barefoot because that's my real height. Otherwise I'd be at least 4-6 inches taller because I wear high heels
-
They have a size chart online but it isn't very good. I just goes by size waist and I don't know how accurate it is because according to the chart, I'd wear 1-2 sizes bigger than I actually do there. As for the size comparison, not sure as I've never heard of the other brand but I asked a similar question a few weeks ago…

I only log it if it's extra cleaning beyond what I'd normally do. So, I normally do about an hour a day but if company comes over and I spend like 4 hours cleaning I'll prob log 3 hours BUT I will still do my normal cardio/strength training

Is this a serious question or a joke about the condensed soup? If serious then no especially if caffeinated because caffeine dehydrates you.. Count water as water.
-
Oh yes!! Even more so. That way I won't go over my calories and gain it back :)
-
Haha we basically posted the same thing at the same time!
-
Yes. There is a chart that will tell you how much of those things you're eating. It's under reports or something
-
I read that men burn more calories than women (maybe because they naturally have more muscle?) also someone who is taller and weighs more will burn more than someone who is shorter and weighs less so I'm sure that this factors in as well. I think our hormones make women hold onto a bit of a fat store. Just thoughts
-
I would think so, yes. It hydrates you. It has more calories than water tho ;)

Have them measure you while your wearing an unpacked bra so they'll be in the right place and you'll get an accurate measurement. The band should be snug and level (not riding up onto your back) the edge or the wire or fabric on the bottom of the bra should be just outside if where the side of your boob is (hard to explain…

Yep. Anytime you move you're burning calories so with a physical job like that you'd burn quite a bit :)

3lbs in a month is healthy weight loss. When you start out and have a bit to lose it normally comes off a bit quicker because 1. You're heavier so it takes more energy to do the exercises which in turn burns more calories and 2. There will be times that you hit a plateau and don't lose as much or anything for several weeks…

Get a different style of dress. A-line would work well. Also, alterations can be done quite cheaply and well if you look around
-
Sounds like you're doing it the right way. Just make sure you are eating healthy food and drinking plenty if water. I bf my daughter until she was 18mo and lost 80lbs during that time so it can be done! :) Edit to say make sure you're exercising as well.
-
What kind exercise are you doing? In any event, it's prob water weight. Don't worry it's not that much :)
-
Wow, gorgeous!

You probably have to go down a band size and up a cup because when you decrease the band size the cup gets smaller too. Try a 32D and see if it fits. Also I would get professionally sized. I wear a 30D which is pretty hard to find but I did find a store that sells them. I didn't realize that the band was supposed to be so…

There's an app called fitness nut that figures out your BMR, TDEE, and macros. It's free. You can also find them online I'm sure

I don't have any yet but I've been planning a big piece for 2 years. It will go down my ribs and maybe on down to my thigh if I decide I want to extend it later.. It has to do with my family incorporated into a design so it will be very meaningful. Hubby has 2 small ones (1 on each ankle). I never used to like tattoos and…

Good advice. I have p90x and got it for 3 payments if about £33 (over 3 months obviously) i think this is do-able for most people
-
You might have a medium-large frame. I have a small frame and look perfectly healthy at the lower end of my bmi

I just use regular lotion. Store brand or Vaseline (lotion not petroleum jelly) and my skin is always nice and soft. I've been doing this for years (I think I read it was good for your skin when I was 13 and started doing it)

I can see how it seems like that but it's not what I meant. I measure my BF% instead of weight. I know if you don't do strength training and eat right/enough you will lose muscle mass in addition to fat. That's why I do strength training, cardio, and calculated calories based on TDEE. I was just saying I'm pretty sure that…

I don't go by bmi. If I feel and look good, it's good enough for me. Right now my goal is 115lbs (I'm 5'6") but its more how I look and inches lost. Even at 119lbs right now I could still stand to have a lower BF% I'm basing my goals in what I think I'll weigh when I'm at a certain % Edited for typos
