Agree about bf% but it also depends on your build. I'm not even going to say how much I weigh but it looks good on me. Some people at the same weight and height might look a bit thin so it just all depends on the person and also their age

I used do that and found that about 70% of the time I was actually just thirsty. Now I can tell the difference between the two....most of the time :)

I'm not really worried. I think I will always have a booty because of my body type but I'm really trying to the it up because it's quite flabby despite doing squats and lunges, etc. My husband would be very sad if my butt got too small tho so if I had a different body type I'd be more 'worried' Edited for typos

Yes, it would definitely be worth it. All of the DVDs are great and have their benefits so it would be best to pick your program (classic, doubles, or lean) and cycle through them in the order stated :)

If you do what you say you're going to do then you lose something (weight, inches or both) I got a resistance band and have been doing exercises to help slim down my thighs and butt and it's working quite well. You will get there!

I know what you're going through! You can't sport reduce but reducing your bf%will help. It also depends LARGELY on what you eat. If you don't eat healthy food that fat will stick around and your abs will be hidden. Try upping your cardio a bit and see if that helps Edited to say: keep doing the same amount of weight…
