I'm doing insanity and p90x. I like p90x WAY better. It's great for lowering bf % and strengthening. How many calories are you eating p, what foods, and how often? What helped me was to eat several small meals per day (every 2 hrs or so). Also drink more water because the body often confuses hunger with thirst. It could be that you aren't eating enough but it would help if you opened your diary so we can see

^^ yes! This is what I've had to learn. Rewarding yourself with food furthers an unhealthy relationship with it. Let yourself have things sometimes but don't go overboard. summe8it has the right idea :)

Yep it's all about the fit and what shirt you wear :) I'm a pear shape and I love my skinny jeans! In fact, I only have one pair of jeans that are flare and the rest are skinny. I wear a shirt with something going on, more volume, or a bit longer to balance me out. Edited for typos

Open up your diary so we can see what you're eating :) What do you have your activity level set to? Eat healthy snacks at work like nuts, fruit , and veggies. Talk to your dr obviously but mine told me to set my calories at maintence and stick to that. You don't need to eat extra food except maybe 200-300 more calories in the third trimester :)

Check out bbcgoodfood.com for healthy recipes. They take 30min or less to cook. It absolutely makes a difference what you eat. It doesn't help to 'save calories' for later because if you overindulge fat droplets will deposit themselves onto your adipose tissue within three hours (from the calories you didn't burn) this is…

Yes I do and I log the squash even though the calories are minimal. I usually buy the 2L bottles of water from Tesco since they are only like 45p each and don't taste bad like tap water :)
