  • I know this has been inactive for awhile, but I'm going to answer. I don't do 2 cups at each meal. I take in as much as I can. I also blend/dice/mince in as much as I can to my recipes. I do a lot of stir frying now.

  • Congratulations on your success! I had my sleeve done four years ago and have not been as successful. I felt very comfortable in my body at 216, so that's where I stopped and then gained back up to 260+. I'm back on track though, finding it still easy to control my eating with my smaller stomach. Keep up the good work!

  • No, it's not reversible and it's not detrimental to health in the long run (if you follow the doctor's orders). They just make your stomach smaller and remove the ghrelin (hunger hormones).
