  • I found it super helpful going to a running store and have them watch me run/walk........now I have the right support! Agree with the comment above, make sure to get a good pair of socks. For my longer runs I do tend to put on body glide on my feet as well. Good Luck! v

  • MFP set me at 1200 cal a day, which was way too low! I was always starving! I suggest figuring out your Basal and Resting Metabolic Rates (a number of sites will do it for you, I used www.caloriesperhour.com) I agree with others, as long as you are eating healthy fruits and vegs, and moderate sugar....don't fret too much…
