I suffer alot with what they call dumping (Sorry for TMI) sometimes as soon as i have finished eating i have to run straight to the toilet,i am sure this is connected. • I have suffered from depression and panic attacks since i had my first child in 2003!! I have tried to come off the medication a couple of times, but each time the panic attacks start again. I am hoping that when i have lost more weight maybe i will feel happy enough to be able to come off them once and for all. Although…

  • Very interesting read, thank you for that!! Its really given me some ideas of what i could be doing to help myself!! I was telling myself off for having at least 1 spoon of reduced fat peanut butter each day, but i do find it feels me up at the time i am having it!! Thanks again!!
  • Everyone tells me they can see it gone off my back and my sides, even my legs. i know i have lost some off my waist as i am in smaller clothes!! But to be honest i just dont see it at all :frown: which is annoying!! I have lost it off my fingers as my wedding ring fits a lot better
  • I think its ok to have a treat every now and then as once you have got to goal are you going to stay away from these foods forever?? probably not so best to work them in with in reason!!
  • do you suffer with constipation or diarrhea (sorry for asking this) ? i suffer with the diarrhea side of it alot, sometimes then go the other way :( so annoying at times. Luckily here i dont think i would have to pay for the blood test, so it might be worth looking in to!
  • Thanks for replying claire!! I will look at the link, i would do anything at the moment to help me, the doctor has never suggested a blood test but maybe i should mention it to him next time i am down there....I havent a clue what triggers it really, it just seems to be different things each time??!!
  • feel free to add me, i think its important to have someone to talk to on your weight loss or get fit journey. We all need encouragement and sometimes a kick up the a***!! I know i do anyway!!
  • It really gets me depressed some days its the first thing i see in a morning and the last thing i see at night :( , the numbness is strange i thought it would have gotten better by now!!
  • i would also like to know what everyone has to say about this, as i too have had 2 c-sections and struggle with my sagging tummy :(. My tummy is also numb, which the doctor said is normal after the sections as they cut through nerves!!
  • hi i would love to be friends with you, i will send you a request now!! I am from england but currently living in ireland!!
