yep the cardio one does push you and being my size i do get out of breath doing it. I dont think its really aimed for someone like me but i will keep going and do what i can :D

wow this really is shocking, its no wonder there is so many kids getting eating disorders. Your grand-daughter looks perfect to me, a beautiful, healthy little girl. Not one bit over weight!!

I really hope you get some help here JJ, just remember though not all fats are bad. So you dont need to keep your fat intake too low. Its hard enough trying to lose weight never mind having to watch sodium and carbs and sugar etc.

Dieting is the important part but exercise is good for your heart health, we all need some exercise whether it be walking or a workout at the gym, which ever suits us best. And it doesnt have to be hours, 30 minutes a day or even 20, 4/5 times a week will make a big difference. So set a date (doesnt have to be new year)…

Its bad for me as i suffer with panic attacks so cant drink it. But i dont see the harm in a couple of cups a day, its only the caffeine in it which can cause some problems to some people. So if you enjoy it drink it (without cream :wink:

just do what your body tells you to do. Dont eat for the sake of it, ( this is what i am trying to get into my head) If your not hungry your not hungry plain and simple. Tomorrow you could be starving and eat more,

I find doing it first thing in the morning is best, i get my kids off to school, then get on the tradmill while watching telly. If i dont do it before evening time, i find i just dont want to. I am sure you will find a way to fit it in and you will feel so much better for it. Let us know how you get on :smile:

how do you feel when you have eaten it? if the answer is bad remember this the next time you go to do it, Or find a bad picture of yourself and put it up in the kitchen. Dont buy bad foods in, keep a glass of water and a bowl of fruit beside you

I can definitely see a big difference well done. Maybe your family are afraid to say anything or because they see you all the time they wouldnt notice it as much, show them these pictures and they will surely see a difference!!

i would get it checked out before you carry on with any exercise, you dont want to do any serious harm to it. I have a hip problem also so i dont do jillian michaels at the moment, just walking!!
