someone must do this0 -
I've tried a couple of them before; I found most of them to be pretty standard, though I can vouch that the cardio ones are pretty decent in getting a person winded - I haven't worked out with one since mid-2011 though.0

Kettle bells are on my Christmas list and I was looking at Kettleworx also.0

yep the cardio one does push you and being my size i do get out of breath doing it. I dont think its really aimed for someone like me but i will keep going and do what i can0

^Keep with it and modify if you have to. I've seen too many success videos on YouTube to ever tell anyone that any workout program or goal is too ambitious for them, so long as they keep a realistic time frame on their goals.0
