Starts on MFP in February 2011 and I have lost 43 pounds....however, I have lost a total of 75 now. Thought I would share some photos! Thank you to all those who have supported me through my journey to change my life!

Anything is possible!

Hope this worked! Taken me sometime to figure it out!

    Hi my name is Alicia and I am introducing myself as you requested. Just joined here, but been on a mission myself for over a year. Have lost 93, but gained back 13, now fluctuating up and down and sort of maintaining but want to lose like 80 more to get to my goal weight of 150 lbs. You look fabulous. Congratulations.:smile:

    I don't believe in Diets...the word die is in diet.....

    Its about portion control....

    I eat chocolate, drink beer, drink diet soda....yes I work out a lot, I make most of my own foods, and try to get lots of veggies and fruits!!!

    Its hard work but I believe we are all capable of doing it!!!!!!
