Sorry not sure what contemporary is. If I listened to music during my workout I'd listen to Third Day. They have some good stuff. I just listen to the people talking on my workout dvds though.

A lot of my meals aren't put in under the right category but the way I figure it..at least they're there. I figure in what ever I eat at night as my last meal of the day and then if i eat when i get home in the am i consider that a new day.

I am in the same boat as you. Haven't lost anything in the stomach and it's very frustrating. If you come up with a solution please share with me and I will with you if I do. Some people say that the target area exercises don't work so I just don't know.

I had the merina for 2 years and didn't have any problems with weight gain but did have a lot of pain and when I had it removed I had withdrawls for about a day..it was horrible. A friend of mine didn't have any of these problems. Everyone reacts differently to everything.

It happens. Don't beat yourself up for it. Put it behind you and start over tomorrow. Or if it's still early enough do some extra exercises.

I find different meal options on spark recipes and pintrist. I use the recipes that have the calorie count. Makes it easier.

Oh my yes! I have chocolate on my mind a lot. Wondering if it will ever go away. Actually whining to my husband right now because I want to go to go get ice cream. lol. It's funny, I quit smoking 2 months ago, which was very difficult, but I crave junk food more than I crave cigarettes.

More than likely it's an infection of a hair follicle..probably staff. I'm not over weight but I get them frequently especially in my bikini line and have for years so weight loss may not help to prevent them. Antibiotics seem to clear them but they eventually come back. My doctor just said to be more careful with shaving…

If you look through the different options fo pizza it has the whole pizza cut into slices..usually 5 or 6...and then you can chose how many slices. That's how I figure out my calories.

Cardio has been one of my workouts in addition to the ab workout, so I guess I just need to stop being so impatient and give it time.

I've checked my target calorie count on mfp, another calorie counting app, and on the insanity website. I didn't like how low the number was so that's why I checked so many different places.

Any ideas on how to drop the belly fat? That is my main problem.
