Happy Thursday! Looks like it will be another busy day at the office. Cardio: 7.41 mile jog/run (1026 cal). Strength: Not today. Assessment: Nutrition calories went over plan yesterday due to an English muffin slathered with Nutella (320 calories). I have adjusted today's plan to compensate for that.

You may want to double check your calculations. The plain yogurt cup has more protein since the carbs aren't there. I didn't like plain Greek yogurt either. But I learned to like it when I saw how much more protein I could get for my money & calories.
