I was having calf pain, and under advice from a forum started foam rolling them. If you're already stretching and your shoes aren't the problem, foam rolling may help.

I lost my first 25lbs on Weight Watchers and the program really holds your hand when you're trying to figure out portion sizes and fruit and veg servings. But I'm transitioning over to MFP now that I understand the basics!

That sounds great! I'm planning on focusing on strength once I'm done my half marathon training! I want to be a BAMF at the gym :)

I did it a few months ago and loved it! I ended up quitting halfway through the first time because of knee problems, but I ended up losing ~10lbs doing the elliptical and eating better. Then hopped back into C25K! I'm running a half marathon in May, I agree, running is addicting!
