Lexie: I try and look at it as not being on a diet, but a Lifestyle Change. I eat what I like and make sure I write down everything that goes into my mouth, excerise lots and drink lots of water, at least 8 cups a day. You can do this, and we're all here to help you.

I like celery with 1 tbsp peanut butter or an apple with a tbsp peanut butter. Also love the new 100 calorie FIBRE 1 bars and the 100 calorie Special K bars.
