I'm am 5'5 and I weigh 116-120 depending on the month. I have maintained my current weight eating up to 1600 calories in a day with exercise. Anything less than 1600 with or without exercise and I loose weight easily.

I have celiac disease and am also allergic to dairy and nuts. My advice would be to carefully read labels when shopping for food. Also it would be wise before going out to eat to figure out a couple options that you would be able to eat. Also make sure that the food you buy is not processed in the same facility used for…

I'm about 5'5 t0 5'6 and I'm about 126 pounds right now. I have a 27 inch waist and I'm a small/medium frame so I look just slightly chubby. My goal would be to become 116 pounds.

There are some good granola bars by nature valley; some of them are gluten free. You could also bring any kind of nuts and vegetables to eat on the road.

I love oatmeal! I have it every day for breakfast with some green beans and blueberries or about 1/2 of an apple.

Peanut butter, i swear if i didn't care how much i weighed or how i looked i could eat the whole freaking jar in one day.... Also cookies, cookie dough and brownies. I love anything sweet; especially stuff with chocolate in it!

even if you have glutten intolerence ( like me) there are still several good cereals like corn chex and several good granala bars that you can have. Nature valley granola bars are the best!
