I try to eat a net of 1200 per day. I think I have except for the day I burned over 1000 calories. So if your net calories aren't at least 1200 at the end of the day, I would say you need to eat more.

I don't understand how someone can hit you & leave. That's crazy! I really hope they get caught. I was doing C25K but I injured my knees. I pulled something. Got new shoes but my knees were still hurting. I just tried jogging the other day & did ok. I'm going to get back into running but I'm going to give it some more time.

I just started P90 with my husband last week. Today is our rest day. I lost 7.5 inches in one week. 2 of those were in my waist. Tomorrow is my weight day. It's my favorite. I would love a new friend. I am a 31 year old SAHM to 5 kids. My youngest is 8 1/2 months old. I am still nursing him. I think it makes losing weight a little harder because I am hungry all the time. I eat every 2 hours.

Thank you for sharing. I too am crying sitting here looking at my 5 children wondering what they would do without me. I am 31 years old & that could easily be me. I will think of you everytime I think of giving up.

I am a night time eater too. I do great during the day but I always crave sweets at night. I have been really good lately although I did just finish a bowl of cocoa pebbles. Not good.

so glad I saw this. I stepped on the scale this morning & it said I had gained a pound. I'm know I've lost inches though because my pants are too big. I need to measure & see how many inches I've lost.

I just started today too! I used to run years ago before I had got married & had kids. I liked it then. I'm excited to get back into it even though it was hard today. I have 90lbs that I need to lose.

Make sure you are eating good fats. That will help with your milk supply. Also make sure you drink enough water. I am also breastfeeding an 8 month old. I've lost 35lbs but I'm kind of stuck where I am now. I just started the C25K program today.

I did run years ago. I liked it. I used the kids & not having enough time as an excuse to not do anything. I can't believe I let myself get to this point. I'm ready to be healthy again.
