Well my arms and tummy are just a tiny bit sore, it's the inside of my thighs that are killing me. Every time I stand or sit it's quite painful, so I'm kinda nervous to try to push through it. I don't want it to be even worse tom.

Is anyone taking a break? I just started yest at level 1 and I finished and today I am soooo sore. Should I push through and try to do the workout again today, or should I break today and let my body rest and go back into it tom?
