  • I've done low carb before, but I started Keto 2 weeks ago. I want to make it a way of life. My body feels better ( after the initial change over) on this WOE.

  • I'm setting my macros at 5% carbs, 25% protein and 70% fat. The point is to lower my base insulin rate, then keep it low when I eat. I'm down 6 in two weeks. And the meals keep me full, no need for snacking.

  • Count me in! I decided to log in to my fitness pal each day, and to walk as often as possible. So, I plan to walk first, before I do anything else. Because I know I can come up with a million excuses each day not to.
  • You go girl! Wow what an inspiration you are!!! I'm needing to lose 200 and am just down 9, but I'm taking it one day at a time. It sounds like exercise really helped you. I've made a pact with myself to ride my indoor bike 10 min or more each day. So far so good.
