Hey I hear you, I like to eat an apple sliced with tbsp of peanut butter ( organic ) or a strawberry protein smoothie (whey powder, strawberries, water, black diamond coconut milk-unsweetened and a spoonful of bio-best plain yogurt & chia seeds) - Yumm
