2 cans of tuna, 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar, 4 low fat string cheese cut up (circles), 2 stalks of celery, 1 chopped up green pepper, minced garlic...to taste..., one chopped up small onion serve with reduce fat wheat thins....one cup prepared is about 300 calories I love tuna this way
