Hi, You look great. I am going to try this out. I need to lose and tone my thighs, are a lumpy and big. I was always afraid that doing weights would make them bigger. But your legs looks like they got toned with the process. Thanks for sharing. Melissa

Good for you, cause I would have said the same thing to the lady. You go girl, running is a great exercise, and it doesn't matter what size you are, the point is that your doing it. Congrats to you.

I don't eat them back. I see them as buffer sometimes if I go over the 1200 calories. That way if there is something I happen to eat which is extra calories, The extra compensate for it.
