How is everyone doing? I am doing pretty good. I have been following the plan for 1 month and have lost a total of 10 pounds. I am on week two of phase one and feel great. Last week was difficult, I went through the fatigue, irritability, muscle weakness, etc. I really thought about giving up but by day six it passed and as a result I have lost a total of 17 pounds (twelve before starting DASH). I feel energetic and sharp and really feel excited…
