Like MFP says when you complete your day, if you don't eat at least 1200 calories your body can go into starvation mode and you will store fat rather than lose fat. I was somewhere around a 38 large c/ small d to now a 36 small c/ large b. Lost more weight there than anywhere else and I'm only down 13 pounds out of the 60 or so I have to lose.

Doing level 1 day 4 today. My arms are killing me, (using 5lb weights) but it's a good work out, and even though it's only 20 minutes or so, I am dripping with sweat when I'm done. Pros: it's quick, easy to follow Con: I don't burn as many calories as I thought I would

I think if you want to lose the weight in a healthy manner, then staying with at least a 1200 calorie net is the best idea. I use the bolt house yogurt dressings. They are around 45 calories a serving and they come in lots of flavors. Sorry no recipes though.

My mom has a real problem with her blood pressure. She gets stressed really easily. The doctors put her on meds and they still weren't helping. She lowered her sodium to 1500 mg, and that along with the meds have kept it under control.
