If I recall, slim in 6 was pretty reasonable. The work outs are not that long and not overly hard. You can choose what work out you want to do and the intensity you do it at. I found I got bored a little quickly, but now that I haven't been working out again for awhile I may just go back and try them again. Good luck!

I don't know, but I have no problem eating all the calories that I'm allowed in a day! No problem at all, and I usually want more. But then, I have a sweet tooth! :D

Wow, great job everyone!

Stop logging for a few days now, easy to get into old, bad habits. Back on track tomorrow. Hopefully by Wednesday the scale won't show a gain. Just got lazy I guess. :frown:

Nope. lo siento

Sounds pretty low to me!

I find 1200 calories low, that is what I am on too. It is hard and I am often a little over but still have lost about 1 pd a week.

Tough choice.......but I like Ryan!:blushing:

That is only out East. The West has cartons just like everyone else :)

I did P90 and it was quite good. Gave me a good work out but wasn't over the top and it didn't burn me out. I also have Slim in 6, I don't like it, and Turbo jam, which is also good. Don't get the 10 minutes one By Tony, too hard to follow and not logical for me. B

Welcome. That is a lot of questions. I am pretty new too but have lost a few pounds so far. I find portion control and cutting out a lot of the after supper snacks helps. Backing off of wine also helps. I also have a chocolate and Oh Henry bar addiction. I am trying to cut that down too. I eat carbs and I will never give…

Yep,agreed. MFP suggested 1200 calories for me too. And it is hard. As soon as I am better from this cold/flu I will exercise more so I can eat more!
-
This sounds good, I think I will try it!
-
Well, obviously he doesn't want you to get fat! That seems pretty important to him.....a bit to important if you ask me. I would get annoyed with his attitude real fast. You will have to determine if that is the kind of relationship you want, maybe talk to him about it, and decide if the relationship is worth it. Really,…

You can add me if you like. I agree diet pop is bad for you! It is hard to just drink water and nothing exciting.......I am trying it too.

I think this must be it! I'm pretty new on MFP too and I have already noticed that some people are snappish and rude on these forums. I also don't think being honest is an excuse for being rude, there are much more tactful ways to say some things. Anyhow, I try not to get involved or take it too personally.

I am low maintenance too, add me :)

Kind

Whoa, kind of harsh and negative! I say, way to go and keep up the good work. 1200 calories a day is hard, I know because I am trying it too!

Nope, I'm married! :embarassed:

Seriously? But, she made it so easy! I also believe she edited her post after some of us had already read it (the disclaimer in regards to all caps). I have nothing against her, her approach just seemed a bit harsh....... I wish her only the best. Harleigh, no hard feelings!

'Godspeed ghost rider! I don't impose rules on my friends, I take them as they are; crappy and unmotivated' (Linzchapates) I like this reply!
-
I understand. I am only allowed 1200 calories a day and I am often hungry. I sometimes will just have raw veggies or fruit to fill the void. Eventually, your body should adjust and it will get easier. There are a lot of good suggestions on here for you. Good luck!

Add me too
-
No, thanks. I don't need friends that badly to subject myself to a bunch of rules and conditions. All the best to you though!

Frozen fruit in water........I like that idea too.

I have made this before and it is wonderful. It was called Sassy Water. Maybe some of you would prefer that name instead?? The ginger and mint is suppose to help sooth your GI tract (helps with bloating), lemons are a natural diuretic. Cucumber is suppose to help curb sugar cravings as well as bloating. And it tastes…
