  • That is great! You look amazing!!!!
  • You look great! Congatulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Congratulations! You will really enjoy this website. It has really opened my eyes as to how I spend my calories and how to make choices.
  • I have found that I have to eat between 1200-1300 net calories a day and that's when I will lose. Reduce your amount of exercise if you don't each that much during the day.
  • I am 5' 6" and started at 181. A year before that I was at 189.8. I am down to 159 now and am looking to hit 155. I think I can maintain that weight and can wear about a size 10. I never thought that would happen!! Good luck! This website is the best and I recommend it to anyone!
  • Wow!!! Good for you on that amount lost!!!
  • I also lost a decent amount early, but don't get discouraged. Don't forget to pay attention to the sizes of clothes that you are wearing. I only have lost 18 pounds, but I can wear some clothes that are 3 sizes smaller. That in itself is encouraging! I love shopping now!!!!
  • You can do weights on consecutive days but make sure you are working out different body parts, ie legs and arms, chest and back.
  • Welcome and good luck! This is a great website....definitely has helped me a lot!!
  • I think it might be about two weeks because most of what you gained is probably water. Drink lots and lots and lots of water now to flush out your system and that will help a lot.

  • I'm interested in this, too. Seems that I have been stuck for about 5 days and it's making me crazy!
  • Thank you so much for writing! Your information was great and I will keep it in mind. I also love the fact that you write well and your intelligence comes through. My first ten pounds came off pretty easily with about 2 pounds per week, but since then it's been a struggle. I have even gained over two pounds in three days.…
  • Absolutely eat those exercise calories! You have earned them, and your body needs them.
  • Good luck to you! This website is awesome!!!

  • I either do alternating days for upper body and lower body, or you can work on opposing body parts on the same day. Such as, bicep then tricep, chest then back, quads then hamstrings, but don't forget shoulders and calves, too. I do a lot of squats, chest press with a bar, backward lunges, overhead shoulder presses, and…
  • I am also getting married in July! On a beach! Remember, just keep working away at it and it will come off slowly.
  • Truly, make sure you are eating all of the calories given to you, including those that you earned while working out. I wasn't doing that, and now I am losing almost 2 pounds a week. Keep working hard and you will lose it.
  • Yes, you are supposed to eat the additional calories as well. Remember, you already put in your goal of weight loss per week and the number initially given is what you are supposed to eat without any exercise. Enjoy eating it all!
  • Thanks! Seems like we are similar!
