I'm in! SW: 144 CW: 134.9 GW (by christmas): 124.9 I have a broken foot so I won't be able to exercise for at least a month, I've also put on 4 pounds back on this month, so this will be a good challenge to keep me motivated! Feel free to add me :) xx

I wanted to use it when running or doing cardio exercises at the gym? I usually do a mix of elliptical trainer, climber, treadmill and such and I'm going to start lifting weights. Is difficult, I have been trying to lose weigh for a couple of years and even if I lose some, I then gain it and just eat everything in sight.
