  • Trying to be good, but if i go over calories today, so be it, it's only one day.
  • I just like messing with people and tell that no, i haven't lost any weight, in fact i think i put on a few pounds........... Most people don't understand that there is no quick and easy fix for weight loss, and keeping it off. It takes a lot of motivation to workout all week and eat right.
