Has anyone notice that you really do loose weight when you only work out 30-40 minutes a day 3-4 days a week? I use to think as long as I got into the gym 2 or 3 days and worked out for 60 mins I would see results...but between me eating unhealthy snacks and only going to the gym once or twice a week. I agree it could be inches and not pounds. Also when you first start loosing weight sometimes you build muscle which ways more than fat so you end up not seeing the results on the scale as much as you would like to. Good luck you can do it

Hey! Congrats on starting your diet. Yes the calories where it says how many calories is what you have left for the day. If you dont go over it, then that means you loosing the amount of weight you put in that you wanted to leave. You may also be loosing a little more since your not going over your calories.
