  • If you are only drinking once every couple months it should not be an issue, the problem arises when it is constant! Enjoy yourself! And if you are still feeling guilty about drinking, wine is great for low cal drinks!
  • Hey! I think that going over your protein isn't a huge deal...especially if you are doing weight lifting along with your cardio, however if you are not doing to much weight lifting activity you might want to aim for a slightly l ower intake! I hope that helps! And for the fruit thing...I always have the same problem hahaha
