I can totally relate to you. Two years ago I trained for a fundraiser hike to the peak of a couple of mountains.( I live in flat, flat prairies!) So amazing! I am totally an emotional eater - doesn't really matter the emotion, it's a good reason for a snack. I have started to plan out how long I would have to work out to make up for that snack and if it's worth it. If I choose the snack, I do the workout. Works most days :)
