I started yesterday (the 19th) too. I did the cardio workout and my legs are killing me! It's hard to walk lol About half way I had to switch to the modified version. I'm glad the upper body workout is today.

Thanks everyone! Yes I understand the inaccuracies, and I don't use gym equipment or do yoga, so it doesn't bother me if it can't pick those up well. I run outdoors, so just getting a general idea of steps and heart rate is good enough. I'm going to order the Charge HR tonight :)
