Mine is open to everybody. If you want to view it you can go right ahead! If you want to add me you can do that too :) I'm not perfect by any means. I do love wine and my diary shows it.. lol!

Aww, it's just a little extra protein, what's the harm?

It took me about 4 months to lose the baby weight with my second child. After my first child, I was down to LOWER than my pre pregnancy weight at around 5 weeks post partum. I did lose a lot of weight at the beginning of that pregnancy, though. I'm now 5.5 months post partum and am about 3 lbs lower than my pre pregnancy…

Meat (lots of it,) beans, nuts, seeds, dairy and whole eggs.

I applaud any woman that breastfeeds in public. I think it's wonderful that they will feed their infant or young child whenever they're hungry instead of catering to the "needs" of the public. I fed my sons whenever they got hungry and didn't use a nursing cover (they'd pull it down anyway.) It's not hard to be discreet…

We rarely get the chance. I keep suggesting to him that we join a gym together so that we can drop the kids off and do our own thing for an hour or two, but he hasn't been too enthusiastic about it. Right now, we do our work outs separately while the other person watches the kids. Honestly though, I think I should just buy…

Hey, I LOVE to walk!! It is amazing exercise! I have managed to lose about 20 lbs by just walking, counting calories and eating at a deficit. I walk about 4 days a week for an hour each. I bought a cheap pedometer at Walmart for about $15 that I use to track how many steps I've taken, the distance walked, etc. It gives a…

People started noticing around 15 lbs lost. Many people (mostly other mothers) have asked me how I managed to "get back into shape" so quickly after having a baby. FYI, I was NEVER in shape lol! I'm very short (5'0") and petite, so extra weight shows up very quickly and obviously on my body. Even a 10 lb loss is visible to…

I'm so sorry :( I have miscarried in the past and it's not easy, especially when you want the pregnancy to continue so much. It's hard, and I totally understand. Take some time for yourself. Do something that makes you feel good. It sounds like you hemorrhaged and that is very scary, I had that problem after I delivered my…

I'm a natural blonde but decided to dye my (very long) hair jet black last summer. I LOVE IT!! I may have pale skin but the black really brings out the green in my eyes. I've had a lot of people compliment me on it, and it looks so natural that most people are shocked to hear it's dyed. I say GO FOR IT!!

I'm one of those lucky women that has an amazing *kitten* despite my weight. Even when I was 40 lbs too heavy I still had a nice, big, shapely butt. Now that I've been squatting and losing weight, it's become even more round and beautiful. It's one of my best physical assets

Try eating more. I have my daily goal set at 1800 but I usually eat closer to 2000 - 2100. I'm steadily losing weight while breastfeeding my 3 month old. It's doable but you have to figure out the right amount of calories. I tried losing at 1700 and noticed a drastic drop in my milk supply, so be careful.

Best. Thread. Ever.

My chronic pain was at an all time high and part of that was weight related. I was sick of the pain and knew that if I was in better health my FM wouldn't be so severe. I was not obese, but I was on the high end of overweight and I felt unhealthy. I'm now almost half way to my goal and can already feel a difference in my…

My husband is a total boob man but can also appreciate a nice butt. I prefer a nice *kitten* on both men and women.

Whenever my boys give me the chance which, at the moment, is usually in the late morning after breakfast.

^ THIS! This was very well said and rings true for me. My husband is a nice guy, he's generous, moral and respects me. He also stands up for himself, is very rational, and can dominate me in the bedroom when I need him to.

It doesn't bother me, either! I wish I had advice OP, but a few panty lines are the least of my worries when I'm working out lol. I wear huge, ugly granny panties under my clothing and they're really comfortable. No wedgies over here! I usually change out of them immediately after my work out. I hope you find something…

Awesome!! You look great!!

I was a size 0 when I was 19 years old. I was not sickly or underweight. I was active and into MMA at the time. I was bad *kitten* and had a lot of muscle lol. I'm also very petite (between 5'0 and 5'1) When I weigh as much as I do now (around 150) I look really overweight and unhealthy. Bodies come in so many different…

What an amazing change!! Very inspiring, thank you for sharing!

Feel free to add me! I'm currently eating 1800/day because of breastfeeding. I'm losing weight without too much trouble and once I get the OK from my doctor will begin lifting :)

My jeans keep falling down whenever I walk! I need to buy a belt (never had a use for one before because I was always *gaining* weight, and so everything was always tight!)

This stuff is delicious!! My sister bought it for my birthday last month and it's amazing. It's quite sweet, more of a dessert wine, but it's so, so yummy.

I weigh myself in just my undies every Thursday morning after I use the toilet but before I pour my morning coffee. I think the main thing is to be consistent with your weigh ins in how you're dressed, time of day, etc. That should give the most accurate reading.

Height: 5'1" Age: 28 Sex: Female Heaviest: 165 lbs Lightest: 105 lbs Current: 150 lbs Current Goal: 130 lbs (highest weight in healthy range) After I reach this goal I will stop, see how I feel, and probably keep going LOL.
