We are doing chicken tacos, homemade taquitos, homemade salsa, and mexican rice and beans. Possibly some other sides but haven't decided exactly what yet.

Try the book Food the good girls drug by sunny seagold. It seriously changed my life. It helped me with my binge eating and I have been in recovery for a long time now. It goes into the emotional reasons of why we binge and things to do to help it. If you need any help or support at all I'm here for ya.

Have you tried metamucil? I have IBS and sometimes get backed up because of it so I take it. I usually take it at night and by the next morning it works. Also when you are working out hard like you do you will need more than 8 to 10 glasses of water. When I work out way hard I usually drink around 12 to 16 glasses of water…
