Can jog 35mins non-stop in 9min/km which used to b 1213min/m. Workout&feel lesser pain than it used to be Planking 50secs&beyond

I see same thing happening to me.I try to b on calorie deficit even though I exercise.my thing is:not all body types is same when it comes to weightloss. I do minium of 16km cardio a week&try to maintain 1300-1500 cal daily yet my loss is slower than my sister who feeds on junk,,no weightgain&no exercise.this is no self…

It took me less than 6months to train.scary as I am!! I started in Oct '12 with just 2mins&increased every 2days by 1min or 2(if I dare) By the end of dec'12,I could run for 16mins straight.(This was at my pace) U need your body to rest before embarking on a run.by feb ending,I did my 1st. 34mins non-stop

Am 5 7" weighin 220lbs&i do 1580 cal daily.buh I get so tired that I fail to continue The zeal is there to workout but I dread d aftermath of it which keeps me tired¬ useful for the next 24hrs Can anyone recommend a doctor(gynae or gp)that can look into mine Am not loosing weight

quite impressed with this weightloss of yours being trying to l;oose weight as well for the past 6month(3month more serious)and i can barely count up to 5lb loss. is ther something am doing wrong

i suggest she goes on just walk for 3-4weeks(30 mins daily minium) to get her body used to d exercide body mood.hope dis helps also she needs loads of stretching/massage
