I really had to push myself with this challenge, which makes me so thankful that I am apart of this group... At the rate I was going today I could have easily not cared about walking more. I walked down a hilly road 9 times today, which is 18 hills, but it only shows 7 flights of stairs on my Fitbit. I will make up the last 3 by jogging down and up my basement stairs 3 times! Doing this right meow!

I aimed for 60 assisted push-ups yesterday; even assisted ones were something I had not attempted since high school (7 years ago). Very glad for this challenge! I aimed for 60, but ended up doing 70 :)
