Pottermore placed me in Ravenclaw, and I think that fits. Part of me knows I'd probably qualify as Hufflepuff because of my non-competitive attitude at most times.

Welcome! I need similar types of motivation and am trying to start working in the spring. My goal is to lose 35-40 pounds before this time next year, so we're in the same boat!
