Day two of week two down...seems a little easier..probably because it wasn't the first time I'd seen the moves :)

Day 5 almost beat me....but I promised myself a ice cold beer tonight if I survived..and damn that beer is going to be good :drinker:

Day 4 in the books!! I hate doing abs!!!! I'm ready to kill day 5 tomorrow :drinker:

Day 3 in the books and was able to follow it up with P90X shoulders & arms..

It's day 2 for me today...day 1 went great so I'm looking forward to pushing play after I get back from dropping kids off at school!

My wife and I just started T25 today & we both liked it. She loved the fact it was only 25min and the modified info because her feet hurt..I liked it also and since it was only 25min I had energy left over to do a round of P90X chest & back. Can't wait for day two tomorrow!!!

First off congrats on the tour! I started riding in 86 when the only way you could get in some turns was to hike or go to one of the two mountains that let you do it during night skiing. You might check in your area or state for a vet school...my 1st dog had bad hip problems when it was a pup and I didn't have the money to get it fixed. I found the closest vet school and they did the surgery on the dog for a quarter of what my vet wanted...oh and it was my vet that told me to look into that option....

I never was a morning person..but I am now.. 1st go to bed a little earlier than normal. 2nd your going to have to make yourself get up and stick with it! 3rd Stick with it! 4th it will take time.... Eventually your body will get used to it physically and mentally and you won't be able to sleep in any more:drinker:
