I do feel the same way when I get home. The only way I am able to get in any exercise is during breaks at work. Most day I get in at least 20 minutes of walking. Some days I am able to do more if I don't have meetings or errands to run.

I've lost around 14lbs.. I still have not gone down a size however, I think part of that is because my clothes were already tight. Now they are fitting the way they should and some are starting to become loose..

I have done this in the past - I typically call it a loss and move on the next day. Make sure you contine to log your food though. I agree with what everyone above has said about fluid intake. However, I do" only count the actual water I drink because I'm trying to increase my water intake and this helps me to keep track.

I always worry that my motivation will wither too. This is probably my third or fourth go round with this site and I'm almost 60 days in this time. This time I have been more active on the site (previous lurker) & I've even added some friends. So I think that you are on the right track for success.

This sounds familiar.. I'm back here after on again off again. I was always a lurker in the message boards but, never added any friends. I just bought a bathing suit. I can get it on but it is quite snug. I am have high hopes that it will fit the way it should by summer. I have never bought an item of clothing that was to small before.
