Yes! I feel like rubbish (slow, sluggish, lazy, almost depressed) if I only eat sugar and carbs But I also feel like rubbish if I don't get a little chocolate every day haha so it's a balancing act for me ;)

I love a good thin crust veggie pizza

Every day but only log new lows

To see 180 again. Was 184.8 this morning, haven't been 180 in maybe 3 years!
-
Have you increased dairy much?
-
Yes, I gain a couple lbs the day or so before it starts and can't depend on getting an accurate weight until about a week later. It really throws a spanner in the works (never mind the cravings and trying to have self control when you feel crazy lol)

One meal, one day at a time mama. Set some small goals. I totally get it, my youngest is almost 5 and I'm still here, carrying the baby weight around :/
-
Do you have heart burn or reflux issues? When I forget to take my meds a lot of my heart burn masquerades as feeling ravenously hungry, the type where your stomach hurts and the only way to get rid of it for a bit is more food ... I feel far less hungry when I remember my medication which is so weird

My cardiologist once told me to eat more salt because it helps increase my BP and therefore makes me feel better overall (I have low BP too) ;) unfortunately I am not a salt monster...

My youngest is almost 5 and I'm still carrying most of the baby weight :/ (oops!). You can do it!

Treatment depends on your levels, whether you have nodes or not, antibodies etc. I am hypothyroid and take thyroid replacement in the mornings before eating, done. Hope you can get to the bottom of it, make sure your dr checks all thyroid levels, tsh, t3, t4 and not just the, which is what some doctors want to do and then…

Scale placement, food, hormones, water, sodium and water retention, exercise and water retention.. sweating more one day than the other. If your weight overall is going down try not to worry about the ups and downs of the scale

Posted something but deleted it because I think everything has already been said

Bit late for this check-in, had to wait for TOM water retention to leave and it did, and then some! SW: 188.6 GW: 182.6 9/7 188.6 16/7 187.4 and have lost 0.5 inch off waist, hips and bum! Worked out five times this past week, probably a record for me! 25/7 185.8 NSV: did 20 push ups yesterday during my T25 video - 10 is…

You can add me, I'm a not so stay at home mum these days but have been before and know how hard it is to fit working out etc in

I will!

hiya! My MFP goal is 1270 (1.5lb loss per week) and I try to stick as close to that as possible (but often am more in the 1lb loss window lol)

I have a busy schedule with kids and full time university/clinical placements but have recently started trying to get either a youtube workout video or T25 into most days, more for fitness and energy than weight loss and loving it, has really helped with my upper back pain/tenseness at the end of the day!
-
It's so much harder once you've got a kiddo to work into the mix too isn't it?? I use a lot of youtube fitness videos, and pick the length depending on what I need to do that day, how much time I have while a kid is asleep or distracted etc (even when I get up at 5am though my oldest still seems to find me LOL) ETA: there…

NZ too, you can add me if you like :)

Hiya! Mum of 2 and student midwife here! Finding time for ourselves is so hard isn't it?!?! Feel free to add me, have just recently started to get a workout video into my day and loving it

I try to make sensible choices and weigh up my options. So, since I am not that attached to having say toast with my eggs and bacon in the morning I may skip that so I can enjoy dessert after dinner with less guilt. Give half of my fries to someone else (or sub them for something a bit lower cal), keep it to one glass of…

Hiya, you can add me, I'm a second year midwifery student trying desperately to avoid further 'student spread' ;)
-
I struggle with this too! Studying, classes, exams etc means more sitting and mindless eating. Semester breaks and clinical placement = more steps but more erratic eating schedules which doesn't help either. I try to plan ahead, make portioned meals ahead of time and only have healthy snacks etc in the house so I can't sit…

Hiya, mum of two here! Still trying to lose the baby weight... 4.75 years later LOL
-
You can do it! One meal, one day at a time :D

I like to take hard boiled eggs or a container of porridge already made up in a container, can reheat, or not if you don't mind it cold
