I have to not buy things I know I can't control myself with. So... almost everything ;) I cut up carrots etc and put those in the fridge along with a bunch of peeled hard boiled eggs, try to drink more water and only have healthy snacking options in the house. Am really enjoying roasted unsalted almonds with a few…

I have found that if I get up and put ON my workout clothes, even though the kids won't be gone for a couple more hours I am much more likely to go through with the actual workout. Cos you know,…

Happy Happy to report I am now back to the weight I was a year ago when we moved here! And the health conditions I developed while living in the US have mostly disappeared now due to a better lifestyle and more supportive/willing doctors. Very happy! yup! we moved back to New Zealand from the US and I gained back all the weight I had lost. Hard to cook properly with limited kitchen etc while waiting on household goods, busy/laziness and just enjoying cadbury chocolate too much lol (didn't eat much chocolate in the US, I'm a kiwi and love my cadbury!!)

synthroid kept my levels ok except for T3 so I was switched to AT 5? years ago and it now keeps everything level unless something (everything) goes out of whack. Which actually just happened with me, I turned hyper after treating unknown low vit D and chronic low iron (I had been going to the dr for years saying I feel…

ah yes, those quest bars are disgusting. I don't know how people can make it through more than a bite, the after taste - yuck!!

ugh, even adding 500 cals for BFing my supply still suffered if I watched my diet and I didn't lose weight anyway, it starts to move after we stop Bfing, around 2yo. Hope you have better luck than I!!

when set to sedentary my fitbit gives me 300-400 extra cals for 10K steps so yours sounds accurate!

good for you!!
