for a newborn? about 500. But be careful, the second I started to cut calories my supply plummeted so wasn't able to really 'diet' till she was over a year and not dependent on me anymore, worth it though <3

I was 132 before kids and looking back I think it was a little to little for me. Aiming for 145-150 and toned this time, see how that does

families of the same size as us in TX get more in foodstamps than we spend on our almost 100% organic, homemade diet. I think foodstamps should be combined with meal plan and cooking info/classes, a lot of people are like, WTH do I do with 2lbs of beans? eh, just get the pizza...

first - 60lbs - oops! in my defense I did have a bit of an issue with my pancreas that I think probably helped pack it on second - 40lbs but started 20 heavier anyway, boo! but kind of learned my lesson? third times a charm, we'll see in a couple years!
