I have this "problem" too and LOVE it since I was at one point completely unable to remove my rings, and was getting a little afraid I might have to have them cut off. It's one of the reasons I started this, since cutting off my wedding an anniversary rings would have been horrible.

Weight loss is mostly diet - I do very (VERY) little exercise. I'd get her an account on here and start with small changes. Good luck!! I hope she feels better, I can't imagine being in pain every day.

I have my goal set to 1 Lb per week so being under is not a bad thing. I try to be under by at least 100 or so - it doesn't always happen though.

This ^ Who knew it was even possible??? Plus, my tailbone hurts when I sit too long, and my rings are spinning all the time.... :)

I think some spouses(a lot of them men) get insecure when we lose weight, and they don't have the skills to properly express themselves. So they act like idiots. I bet if you confronted him, he'd back down. My husband just doesn't say anything, which is also quite annoying. :smile:

I'm planning my first ever tattoo (at 43) for late next summer. I should be reasonably close to goal at that point. Might make it a girls day with my daughters since both of them have talked about getting tattoos. Should be a lot of fun.

I look at it (only the sodium really), but as long as the calorie one is green I'm happy. I eat fast food and frozen lunches almost every day, and I'm still doing well.

Haven't told anyone outside my house, and no one has noticed so far (at least no one has said anything), but I changed jobs in June.... I only see family at holidays, so I'm looking forward to seeing how observant they are this Christmas.

I wasn't even sure which section to go in after the W sizes... I had to Google and even that didn't help a whole lot. I just had to wander around and try stuff on (yuck). I haven't done much with tops yet, but pants are a challenge. I have a lot of skirts right now just because they are easier to keep for a longer weight…
