I am at 331.0. My goal is to lose 5 lbs a month over the summer. I really want to get below 320. Let's go =)

Depends on the person. I know starvation mode is not a myth for me. I trashed my metabolism both medically and by under eating for years trying to lose weight. I upped my calories and have lost 10 lbs in the last 2 months.

I use protein powder (scoop n 1/2) with a sugar-free pudding with milk. It's pretty good. Just use your favorite pudding mix.

I usually put a scope or scope and 1/2 of protein into a sugar-free pudding mix with the regular amount of milk. Hypes up the pudding and satisfies the sweet craving at the same time. (All mixed in a 32 oz Moose cup that you cant get anymore. Less mess) Hope that helps, if not this time for the next =)

Walked 1/2 mile today. Still haven't made it farther but I am getting stronger. Got to talk to my mom, my aunt and my mom-in-law today. So that was really neat.

I had a friend come into town for a couple of days. We cooked flank steak, honey ginger carrots, ranch vinegar cucumbers, and a small baked potato. I was only able to do 1/2 mile walk but it is up from a lot less =)

LOL I did the Silver sneakers muscular workout with one of my workout buddies.
