I'm a fan of saving some calories for the end of the evening so that you can have a nice treat for all your hard work during the day. If you deprive yourself of everything you use to eat, you'll end up craving all day and feeling guilty when you binge out. Keep it within your calories and you're good.

Another one...When I unfortunately have to go to Wal-Mart and people let their kids roam and play all in the aisles, and run you over with buggies. We even bet how many times we'll have to ask someone to tell their kids to move out of the way, or how many times we'll get run over by a buggy by the time we can get our stuff…

I do my workouts every morning when I'm up by myself and get it out of the way so I'm done for the day. The earlier the better. If I waited til later in the day, I'd be more likely to skip it.

^This^ I just don't deprive myself of treats, if it's within my calories I eat it. Though I do not eat bread, pastas, potatoes, corn, rice, so it makes it a lot easier for me I guess to have sweet treats everyday if I want to. I gotta have ice cream everyday lol.
