Amazing, Jackie is an angel on earth aye?
-
Good points made there.

I've never been around anyone that does that. Do they just not eat? I don't understand.
-
Unfortunately we can't spot reduce fat :( Well done on that 100+ loss so far though.
-
I think most the negative things being said about her is just jealous people.

I try not to eat anything past 7P.M. If I feel like I want a snack, I fix some Oolong tea or coffee, and I no longer want a snack.

It will vary person to person.

Cherry Twizzlers Pull 'n' Peel Candy I can eat a huge bag of those in one sitting, and I usually do once every 2 weeks or so lol.
-
Healthy life whole wheat bread 35 calories per slice and Pb2.

Follow your Dr. orders imo.
-
I'd hire a new trainer, you don't want to start out like that with a PT.
-
When you first start out with losing weight, I would suggest going by measurements mostly and not so much the weight. The weight will come off, you just gotta be patient.
-
If you took the time to read my post you'd see, I am not in favor of that type of diet.
-
Np, as long as you're not getting sick or weak and you're ok. Just gotta find what works best for you, we're all different. Best of luck with your weight loss journey.

While I don't agree with extreme undereating to lose weight, that's one example of proof that it's bogus the body goes into starvation mode and makes you stay the same weight for weeks/months on end or gain weight, like some people claim. If you under eat it's very unhealthy, but people do lose a lot of weight doing so.…

Aye, I agree. Also, I'm not trying to be mean, really I'm not so please don't take it that way, but I've never known anyone that's tried to lose weight and did so quickly by walking. They always looked the same and stayed the same weight or kept gaining when their exercise was just walking. Maybe try and do a bit more…

Try here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/411-low-carber-daily-forum-the-group- You'll have more info and help from lo carbers with the low carb group. Too many in just the general forums for some reason like to give you hell about being a low carber, heh.

I agree with you.

I have an elliptical and a spin bike, the treadmill is way too tough on my knees. My elliptical sits i the corner of our guest room as I never use it anymore. Love my spin bike. I think you have to find something you like doing and can stick with for a good cardio machine. It depends what you like to do.

It took a lot of time to put on the pounds and it takes time to take the pounds off. It doesn't happen over night. I'd make sure to measure regularly and ignore the scale.
-
Great Job! What a wonderful and inspiring, person you are.

Vibram fivefinger toe shoes, the best there is imo.

Like others have said, if he didn't want to be intimate with you he wouldn't. Seems like he loves you and is happy to be intimate with you from what you said. I can understand your feelings though, that's just women, we critique ourselves so much.

I stick to under 100 a day if possible. As far as bread you mentioned. You could try 100% nature's own whole wheat bread, it's 50 calories and 8 net carbs per slice.

Shocking, that's a lot of food for one week, of course there's only 3 of us here at our home. A lot of countries had a nice variety of grains/beans/meats/vegetables/fruits. Looking at the USA pic was quite sad and disgusting really.
